Resumen

El Parque de Collserola constituye un proyecto de ordenación, gestión y uso de la zona de la sierra de Collserola, configurándolo como pulmón del Area Metropolitana de Barcelona. Su posición central, así como las características de espacio natural que conserva aún hoy día lo convierten en una área de tremendas potencialidades de cara a su protección y disfrute por los ciudadanos. Por lo que respecta a la gestión del patrimonio natural se ha trabjado intensamente en una línea que logre que los sistemas naturales evolucionasen a un mayor grado de madurez y calidad, a partir de la conservación y restauración de sus componentes. En cuanto al uso del parque éste ha de ser, además de los que ya tiene, de disfrute. En este sentido la creación de áreas de uso lúdico, el arreglo y creación de una red viaria y, especialmente, la creación de una red de equipamientos para la educación ambiental, se revelan imprescindibles para una correcta difusión de los valores del parque.

Summary

The Collserola Garden is one of the projects that foresees the arrangement, administration and use of the mountain of Collserola, in order to oxigenate the metropolitan area of Barcelona. Its central location, as well as it characteristics as a natural reserve, undestroyed up to now make it into an area with a great potencial for claiming is protection and opening it to the population. As far as the negotiations that claim it as a State forest go, there has been intensive activity in the direction of achieving that the nature reserves can develop into greater maturity and quality, by taking care of and restoring its vegetation. As far as the use of the garden goes, apart from the one it already has, it should also serve citizens for their enjoyment. In this sense, the creation of areas for games, the arrangement and creation of road networks and specially of equipment for environmental education reveal themselves as essential for the correct apreciation and valoration of the garden.
