Resumen

La evolución del estado duratne la época moderna ha ido generando una red de servicios ofrecidos por los diferentes estados qeu se ha dado en llamar "Welfare State" o estado del Bienestar. En este artículo se analizan sus raíces filosóficas, así como  se realiza un estudio respecto a la diferente evolución que han ido sufriendo, y sufre este concepto.

Summary

The evolution of the State during the Modern Age has been generating a network of services offered from the different states, which has been called "The Welfare State". In this article we analyze its phisosophical roots, as well as study related to the different evolution that has affected, and is affecting this concept.
